  • Is the lake viewable from our unit? 

    Each unit has a phenomenal view of Table Rock Lake from the patio/deck. Experience stunning sunrises and sunsets, an oasis in the Ozark Mountains.

  • What comes pre-stocked in our unit? 

    Except for food, basically everything you could need, coffee filters, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap and detergent, bar soap, linens like bedding, blankets, pillows, towels, etc. No toiletries or personal items will be supplied.

  • Can we put our boats in at the facility? Do you do boat or boat slip rentals? 

    Not exactly. We have a lakeshore pick-up/drop-off area for boating or fishing adventures, and we also offer boat trailer parking. We also have a walking path that leads to the lake shore. We do have a limited number of units which include either a 10' x 24' or 10' x 28' boat slip with rental. Please contact us for more information.
    We are in very close proximity to the Indian Point Marina where you are able to launch your boat. They also offer services like professional fishing guides, swimming, water skiing, scuba diving, fishing, and more. Rentals there include paddle boats, fishing boats, jet skis, pontoons, and ski boats, they also have boat slips available.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Our cancellation fee is $20 for any cancelled reservation. Your deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 10 days of your anticipated arrival date. Although there may be exceptions, this is our general rule. Early departures do not warrant a refund.

  • Are your condos timeshares? Do you have timeshares?

    No, Treehouse Condos is a residential complex. Each unit is individually owned, we have no affiliation or relationship to timeshare whatsoever. Most of our unit owners actually reside in their unit full time or vacation there!

  • How far are you from the heart of Branson and Silver Dollar City?

    Branson shows and activities are only about 6 miles from us.
    We are 1 mile from the gate of Silver Dollar City with a traffic free access point!

  • Do you sell Silver Dollar City tickets?

    We do offer Silver Dollar City ticket sales in our office. Our rates and special packages are available here: Silver Dollar City Packages

  • Do you sell show tickets?

    HERE You can review our specials that we have for Silver Dollar City, The Branson Belle, White Water, and Sight & Sound Theater. We also sell tickets in our office!

  • Can we hold our family reunion here? What about a corporate event, business meeting or church event? Is there an available room we can reserve?

    Yes! We have group lodging options accommodating for large or small groups, we have family-friendly values and large rooms that can hold approximately 55 people with tables and chair, or around 100 people with no tables or chairs. Our conference rooms have full kitchens and all supplies except for the food or drink available. We also have a large outdoor area by the pool that can be used for lounging and relaxing for enjoying the sunshine and beautiful views. Guests are also allowed to rent out the clubhouse for an additional fee.

  • Are you open all year round?

    Yes! Enjoy our seasonal views from the blooming, sunny days of Spring to the warm, vibrant colors of the Summer, the colorful, crisp scenery of the Fall and the cozy, snow covered hills in the Winter!

  • Do you have internet available for renters?

    FREE wireless internet is available in each condo.

  • Do you allow pets?

    We unfortunately do not. Although we love our fur babies, they are not always kind, cleanly or acceptable to others. If you choose to ignore our rules, you could be charged up to a $500.00 penalty.

  • Do you offer any smoking units?

    No, all of our units are smoke free! However, smoking is allowed on all deck access areas.

  • Do you have a pool on site?

    We have an outdoor pool with a saltwater system that is 20' x 40'. The deepest end is 8 foot and the shallow end is 3 foot. There is no diving board or slides available. We have a large deck around the pool that has a magnificent view of the lake and is great for lounging. The pool will close at 10pm nightly. Usually it will be open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting. Feel free to contact us if you will be traveling during the Spring or Fall season to see if we will be having the pool open.

  • Are your condos handicap accessible? 

    Although our units aren't exactly designed to be handicap accessible, we have options that would be more accessible for handicap renters without having to use stairs. We also have multiple units with elevators and walk-in units without stairs.

  • What are your check in and out times?

    Check-in is 3pm while check-out is 10am. If you remain in the unit past 10:00 AM you could be charged a fee for leaving late.

  • What address do I use to find you on a GPS?

    129 Treehouse Lane, Branson, MO is our address and it will take you right to us!

  • What is the minimum age to rent a condo?

    The minimum age to rent a Standard condo is 21. The minimum age to rent a Luxury Condo is 25.
